Laundry Facilities
A laundry facility is provided for Guest use. Laundering of oil-field apparel or any items contaminated with oil or grease is strictly prohibited. For safety and compliance, the facility is monitored by surveillance cameras. Any Guest found laundering prohibited items shall be subject to immediate eviction without refund and forfeiture of the security deposit.
Septic System Care
Trailwinds RV Park operates a private septic system that is sensitive to improper use, and its continued, reliable operation depends on the cooperation of every guest. To prevent blockages and system backups, only human waste and rapid-dissolving toilet paper may be flushed. Wipes of any kind—including those labeled "flushable"—paper towels, and personal hygiene products must never be flushed. Cooking grease, oils, and food scraps should be placed in the trash rather than washed down the sink. Only biological, septic-safe holding tank treatments may be used; harsh chemicals and formaldehyde-based products destroy the beneficial bacteria the system relies on to process waste.
When connecting at your site, guests must establish a watertight sewer connection using a threaded ring or sewer donut.

Vehicles and Parking
All vehicles need current registration and need to be in running order. Guests are not allowed to perform extensive maintenance on their vehicles — for example, pulling an engine or dropping a transmission.
Parking in an empty site, or blocking another site, is prohibited at all times. The speed limit is 5 MPH.
DO NOT DRIVE ON THE GRASS.
