Trailwinds RV Park LLC maintains video surveillance cameras in certain common areas of the property (such as entrances, laundry facilities, and property lines) for the safety and security of tenants, guests, and property.

Footage may be reviewed in connection with security incidents, property damage, disputes, or as required by law, and may be shared with law enforcement when legally appropriate. Footage is retained for a limited period and then routinely deleted unless preserved for a specific investigation or legal matter.

We may share information with:

• Service providers who help us operate the business (e.g., payment processors, accounting software, SMS/communications providers)
