COMMUNITY RULES

Read these Community Rules and keep them on hand as they serve as the guidelines for you, your guests, and Park Management. Park Management reserves the right to modify these rules at any time, without notice.

CHECK-IN

All RVs must arrive before 9 PM. Payment must be made before setup.

PAYMENTS

The following payment methods are accepted:

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A $100.00 security deposit is required for each guest. The security deposit is fully refundable on the condition that no damage has been done to the property and the guest gives at least 7 days' notice via text message or email prior to leaving.

FEES

A $10 late fee will be applied after the 2nd day, and you will be served a 3-Day Notice to Vacate. If full payment is not received after the 3rd day, you will be required to vacate the premises.

QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 8 AM. During the day, loud parties, music, generators, engine revving, or idling vehicles are prohibited.

SITES

Each site is structured for one RV and one vehicle, with a maximum of two adults and one child per site.

SUBLETTING

Subletting is prohibited. Any person not on file may not stay more than 5 consecutive days or 10 cumulative days.

SEPTIC SYSTEMS

Do not flush tissues, disposable diapers, wipes, paper towels, napkins, tampons, cotton balls, pads, condoms, grease, coffee grounds, food, or any other product that is not septic-grade approved.

RV STANDARDS AND SITE RESTRICTIONS

Only RVs that are in good condition are allowed on site, with Park Management retaining sole discretion over what meets this standard. Using a greater electrical load than what your RV is designed for or what your site can handle is a fire hazard; contact management if you have questions regarding this matter.

The following items are not allowed on sites or under the RV:

This list is not exhaustive, and management reserves the right to decide what is appropriate. Tampering with the electrical box is strictly prohibited, and anyone caught doing so will be required to leave the park without a refund.

VEHICLES AND PARKING

Each site is allowed up to 2 vehicles. All vehicles must have current registration and be in running order. Only basic maintenance (such as checking fluids and air filters) is permitted; extensive maintenance, like pulling a motor or dropping a transmission, is not allowed.

Parking in an empty lot or blocking another lot is prohibited at all times. The speed limit is 5 MPH. Do not drive anywhere, but on the road. DO NOT DRIVE ON THE GRASS.

PETS

Pets are welcome as long as they are friendly to people and other animals. Aggressive dog breeds are not permitted. Dogs must not be a nuisance to other guests, must be attended by their owners at all times, and must remain on a leash. The park is not responsible for any pet left unattended in the park for any reason.

ZERO TOLERANCE

There is zero tolerance for the following behaviors:

Individuals in violation of these rules are subject to immediate removal from the park without a refund. Anyone aware of illegal activity is encouraged to notify management immediately; all reported information will be kept strictly confidential.

INDEMNIFICATION

Management and the owner of the RV park strive to assure everyone’s safety; however, they are not responsible for losses due to fire, theft, flooding, or any accidents. Guests assume personal risk in such matters. For any accident or injury on any RV site, the guest of that RV shall indemnify and hold management harmless of any and all claims by any persons.

DISCLOSURE

As a privately-owned RV park, we reserve the right to refuse admittance or service to anyone at any time.

Anyone who fails to comply with these rules will be asked to leave with no refund.
